Flat-Rolled Coil Processing and Distribution

WHAT WE DO / SERVICE CENTERS

Nova Steel operates steel service centers in Montréal (QC), Stoney Creek (ON), Macedonia (OH), and Saltillo (Mexico), providing flat-rolled steel processing and distribution to manufacturers, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers across North America. Across its network, Nova Steel processes hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized, galvanneal, aluminized, and pickled and oiled steel coil through integrated slitting, cut-to-length, temper mill leveling, blanking, and pickling lines. Capabilities include slitting from 1” to 72”, cut-to-length up to 5/8” thick and 72” wide, and coil weights up to 70,000 lbs. Advanced processing includes temper mill leveling using an E-Drive line to eliminate steel memory and deliver laser-flat material, as well as an independent pickling line in Stoney Creek for enhanced surface quality and shape correction. Nova Steel holds ISO 9001:2015 certification across four facilities and supports both spot purchases and long-term programs for automotive, construction, agriculture, and industrial manufacturing customers.
